How we collect, use,
and protect your data.

The plain-English version: we keep what we need to run the Site, we say what that is, and we don't surprise you. The full policy follows below.

Introduction

Voxido ("we", "us", or "our") operates voxido.ai (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

02

Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, email address, and phone number ("Personal Information").

03

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

04

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

05

Google User Data

To provide features you choose to enable, Voxido can connect to your Google Account using Google's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. We only access Google user data after you explicitly grant permission on Google's consent screen, and we request the minimum scopes required for the features you turn on. The exact scopes are always shown to you on Google's consent screen before you approve them.

Gmail: when you connect Gmail, our AI agents can read, compose, send, and manage email messages strictly to perform the tasks you have configured — for example, replying to guest enquiries or sending booking confirmations. We do not access your mailbox for any purpose other than delivering the features you have enabled.

Google Calendar: when you connect Google Calendar, we can view and manage calendar events on your behalf to check availability and to create, update, or cancel events for the scheduling tasks you have configured.

Google Sheets: when you connect Google Sheets, we can read and write data in the spreadsheets you select — for example, to log leads or to read reference data your agents rely on.

Access safeguards: reading your private Google data (email, calendar, or sheet contents) is restricted by role. AI agents that converse with guests or any other external party are never permitted to read this data. Reading is limited to internal agents you designate, and only for the specific team members you authorise — so private correspondence is never exposed to a guest-facing conversation.

You can disconnect any Google integration from within Voxido at any time, and you can revoke Voxido's access directly from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

06

Limited Use Of Google User Data

Voxido's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: we do not use Google user data for serving advertisements; we do not sell Google user data; and we do not transfer it to third parties except (a) as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features you have enabled, (b) for security purposes, or (c) to comply with applicable law.

We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

07

Data Retention And Deletion

We retain Google user data and other Personal Information only for as long as necessary to provide the features you have enabled or as required by law. Disconnecting a Google integration stops further access and triggers deletion of the associated cached data.

You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time. Visit our Data Deletion page at https://voxido.ai/data-deletion or email info@voxido.ai. Email requests are processed within 30 days.

08

Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a limited set of trusted sub-processors to operate the Service — for example, cloud hosting providers and AI model providers that power our agents. These providers may process data only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it and to use it solely for that purpose.

We do not sell your Personal Information or your Google user data to anyone.

09

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of June 2, 2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
