Connect a hotel PMS (eZee, Stayflexi, BookingJini, WinCloud)
A PMS (property management system) is the software where your hotel keeps rooms, rates and reservations. Connect it, and your AI agents can quote live availability, look up a guest's stay, and — if you allow it — book, check in or check out.

PMS connectors show up for accounts set up as hospitality businesses. If you don't see them and you run a hotel, ask Voxido support.
Which PMS do you have?

Connect
- Go to Integrations → Apps → System. Use the Type chip → Property to filter.
- Click + Connect on your PMS. You'll see: a Connect (PMS) form with a short intro.
- Type a Connection Name, then fill in the fields from the table above. Each field has a hint under it.
- eZee only: decide on the two switches:
- Create property Knowledge Base (on by default) — adds check-in, cancellation, house rules and amenities to a read-only "eZee · hotel" library and links it to your agents.
- Clean overlapping Operations KB docs — removes sample policy docs that clash with eZee.
- Click Connect. You'll see: the PMS in the list with a Connected pill and Test, Settings and Disconnect.
- WinCloud only: click Settings and copy the URL under Give this URL to WinCloud (inventory & rate push). Send it to WinCloud.
Connecting is read-only for eZee: Voxido never changes rates or reservations while it connects.
Turn on PMS tools for an agent
- Go to Sidebar → Agents → open the agent → Skills.
- Open the Stays card. You'll see: Rates and requests and Property system tools.
- Switch on what this agent should do, for example Check room availability, Look up a guest's stay, Today's arrivals, or Book in PMS (single room).
- Click Save.
Tools that change the PMS (check in, check out, assign a room, book, amend, cancel) ask for confirmation before they run. Give them only to agents that need them.
Check, change or disconnect
- Test makes a real check against your PMS.
- Settings shows status, provider and when it was last used. Edit lets you change details — leave a credential blank to keep it.
- Disconnect asks "Are you sure you want to disconnect this integration?"
Common problems
"Enter … to connect" and the Connect button is greyed out. A required field is empty. For eZee, enter at least the API Key or the Auth Code.
Test fails. Check the hotel or property code first — it's the most common mistake. Then check the key with your PMS provider.
The agent says it can't check availability. Turn the tool on in the agent's Skills → Stays, and save.
