What is Voxido?
Voxido gives your business AI agents that answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages for you, day and night. An agent is a helper made of software. It talks like a friendly person, follows your instructions, and only says what you have taught it.
When a customer needs a real person, the agent hands the job to your team. Everything happens in one place: the Voxido app.
A day at Brightway
Brightway is a small service business. It answers customer questions, books appointments and sends reminders. Here is one evening with Voxido:
- At 9 pm, a customer called Priya Sharma calls Brightway. The office is closed.
- The Brightway agent answers in a friendly voice. It checks the answer to Priya's question in what you taught it.
- Priya asks to book a visit. Brightway has connected its calendar, so the agent books the slot. Then it sends her a WhatsApp message with the time.
- Priya also asks for a discount. The agent can't decide that, so it creates a request for your team.
- Next morning, your teammate sees the request in the Team inbox, calls Priya back and closes it.
- Before the visit, a campaign sends Priya a reminder on WhatsApp.
Nobody at Brightway had to stay late. Every call and message is saved, so you can read what was said.

What Voxido is not
- Not a replacement for your other software. Voxido connects to other apps (like a calendar or a CRM) through Integrations.
- Not a general chatbot. Your agents answer from your instructions and your Knowledge. If you haven't taught them something, they shouldn't make it up.
- Not free to run all the time. Calls and messages use credits. New accounts get free trial credits to try it. See How credits work.
