Your free trial
Every new business on Voxido gets free trial credits to try things out. They last for a limited number of days from the day you set up your business. The Trial row on your Billing page shows how many you have and when they end. You don't need a card to start.
Find it: header → your photo → Billing → Where your credits are → Trial
When you get it
The trial credits land when you finish setting up your business. Some setups show them on the last setup step as Trial balance, with how long they are valid.
You get the trial once per business. Verifying your email again or clicking an old link doesn't add more or extend the trial.
What to try with your trial
Trial credits are enough to test the main things: customers calling your agent, your agent calling a few customers, and WhatsApp chats. To see what each one uses, check Billing → Usage after a test. See What actions cost credits.
Test calls you make in the agent editor (Try it live) also use trial credits.
What trial credits can't pay for
Phone numbers. Buying a number needs credits you've added yourself. If you try with trial credits only, you'll see "Add credits to buy this number". Hotels can pick a free trial number during setup instead.
Check how much is left
- Open Billing (header → your photo → Billing).
- Look at the Trial row under Where your credits are. You'll see: the amount left and "Free credits, expires date". After that date, it shows Ended.
Trial credits are spent before anything you buy. So your first purchase stays untouched until the trial credits are used up.
Before the trial ends

Don't count on leftover trial credits
Plan as if unspent trial credits stop on the end date. Top up before then.
Common problems
My trial shows "Ended" but I still have trial credits. The trial period is over. Add your own credits so nothing stops.
Can I get more trial time? There's no button for it in the app. Ask Voxido support.
