Post statuses, the calendar and approvals
Every post moves through a few statuses, from draft to live. The Calendar tab shows what's planned. The Posts tab shows every post as a card.

What each status means

Voxido checks with the platforms every few minutes. If a post still can't be confirmed 30 minutes after its time, it's marked Failed with the reason.
Approve a draft
- Find the draft. On Calendar, look under Needs your approval ("Drafts wait here. Nothing posts until you approve it."). On Posts, click Show on the amber banner.
- Click Approve. You'll see: the Publish post window: "Send now or pick a time to schedule."
- Click Publish now, or pick a time and click Schedule. You'll see: "Post sent — processing…" or "Post scheduled".

The Calendar tab
- The top shows your channels by colour, and "N unscheduled drafts" if any drafts have no time.
- Four numbers: Scheduled, Needs your approval, Published and Failed.
- A month calendar with each post on its day. Click a post to open it.
- Needs your approval below the calendar, with Edit and Approve on each draft.
The Posts tab
- Filter with All, Pending, Scheduled, Published or Failed.
- Each card shows the image, status, channel and time.
- Edit works on Draft, Needs review and Failed posts. The bin icon deletes them.
- When drafts wait, an amber banner says "N posts waiting for your review". Click Show to see them.
Check on a post: Sync
Click Sync at the top of Calendar or Posts to check every post with its platform now.
You'll see: "Status sync complete", and statuses update.
Common problems
"No live link yet" when I click View live. The platform hasn't shared the link yet. Wait a minute, click Sync, then try again.
"Publish failed". The toast says why. Open the post, fix it (for example add an image for Instagram), and approve it again.
A post stays on Processing. Click Sync. If the platform never confirms, it turns Failed after 30 minutes.
