Social Studio
Social Studio is where you plan and publish posts on X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. The Social Copilot can draft posts for you, but nothing goes out until a person clicks Publish now or Schedule.

Before you start: connect a channel
With no account connected, you'll see "No channels connected" and a Connect a channel button. Connect at least one account first. See Connect your social accounts.
The five tabs

| Chat | Talk to the Social Copilot. It writes three post ideas and saves the one you pick as a draft. Owners and Admins only. |
| Calendar | A month view of your posts, plus the drafts that need your approval. |
| Posts | Every post as a card, with filters by status. |
| Guidelines | Your brand voice, topics, hashtags, colours and logo. |
| Channels | The accounts you connected. Connect, disconnect or sync them. |
Two buttons sit at the top: Draft with AI (opens Chat) and New post (opens the editor).
Write it yourself, or let the Copilot draft?

Examples: a salon asks the Copilot for "3 posts about our monsoon hair-care offer". A school writes its holiday notice itself with New post. A restaurant uploads a photo of today's special and asks for a caption.
A first week, step by step
- Open Channels and connect your accounts. You'll see: each account with a green Connected label.
- Open Guidelines, describe your brand voice, add topics and hashtags, then click Save guidelines. You'll see: "Brand guidelines saved".
- Click Draft with AI and ask: "Draft 3 post ideas about our product". You'll see: three options. Pick one and the Copilot saves it as a draft.
- Open Calendar and find the draft under Needs your approval. Click Approve. You'll see: the Publish post window.
- Click Publish now, or pick a time and click Schedule. You'll see: "Post sent — processing…" or "Post scheduled".

Common problems
"Social Studio is unavailable". Social Studio is paused for your workspace. Email the address shown (for example support@voxido.ai) to turn it back on. Click Copy … to copy the address.
"Failed to load Social Studio". "Could not connect to the social workspace." Wait a minute and reload. If it keeps happening, contact support.
I don't see the Chat tab. Only Owners and Admins can use the Social Copilot.
